Live In Alpharetta Summit At Shiloh

Summit at Shiloh is a lovely neighborhood located right off McFarland Parkway in Alpharetta, Forsyth County, Georgia. With homes ranging in price from the high $300,000's to the mid $400,000's, the is a great community with a traditional style houses by Ryland Homes. 



Amenities include cable television availability, homeowners association, sidewalks, street lights, underground utilities, and walking distance to schools. HOA fees, at time of post, are $650 per year. Homes at Summit at Shiloh were built between 2014 and 2015. They have between 4 and 5 bedrooms, 3 and 4 bathrooms, and sit on lots under 1/3 acre. Most homes have two car garages and have features like a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, master suite, large backyard, and more! 

 North of Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Roswell, Alpharetta is a great city with plenty of shopping, dining, and recreation set adjacent to the town of Milton. If shopping is what you are after, look no further than the North Point area off of Haynes Bridge Road, or travel up another exit on Hwy 400 to Avalon off of Old Milton Parkway.

Directions-Location: Take GA400 North to McFarland exit 12A. Follow McFarland about 1/2 mile and turn Left on Shiloh Rd. Take this to continue left on Shiloh Rd, then turn Right into subdivision on Stansbury Summit. Streets in the community include Somersby Circle and Stansbury Summit.
